姜夏止逆方经鼻嗅疗法对肝癌TACE术后恶心呕吐的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of transnasal smelling therapy with Jiangxia Zhini Formula on nausea and vomiting after TACE for hepatocellular carcinoma

目的探究姜夏止逆方经鼻嗅疗法对肝癌患者行经动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)术后出现恶心呕吐现象的控制效果。方法抽取2022年1月至2023年12月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院肝胆科住院的原发性肝癌介入术后患者80例,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组使用常用止吐药加常规护理,观察组在此基础上加姜夏止逆方经鼻嗅疗法干预,治疗前后观察两组恶心呕吐、舒适度、肝功能、生命质量等指标的变化。结果治疗后,观察组患者的恶心呕吐完全控制率、舒适度评分、生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论姜夏止逆方经鼻嗅疗法可以有效缓解TACE术后恶心呕吐情况,提高舒适度。

Objective To explore the control effect of transnasal smelling therapy with Jiangxia Zhini Formula on nausea and vomiting in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after transarterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,80 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent interventional surgery at the Department of Hepatobiliary Spleen and Stomach,the Third People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.They were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group received commonly used antiemetics and routine care,while the observation group received transnasal smelling therapy with Jiangxia Zhini Formula on this basis.Changes in indexes such as nausea,vomiting,comfort,and quality of life were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,the complete control rate of nausea and vomiting,comfort score,and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Transnasal smelling therapy with Jiangxia Zhini Formula can effectively alleviate postoperative nausea and vomiting in TACE patients and improve comfort.
