基于中医特色的快速康复护理在人工全髋关节置换术患者的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in patients with total hip arthroplasty

目的观察对人工全髋关节置换围术期患者实施基于中医特色的快速康复护理的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年12月肇庆市中医院行人工全髋关节置换术患者79例,按随机数表法分为观察组(n=43,接受基于中医特色的快速康复护理)和对照组(n=36,接受常规护理),治疗2周,比较两组的护理成效。结果护理后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及中医证候评分低于治疗前,且观察组VAS及中医证候得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的Harris评分高于治疗前,且观察组Harris评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率、术后引流量、术后排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对人工全髋关节置换术患者的术前、术中及术后恢复,采用具有中医特色的快速康复护理方法能够有效促进患者术后恢复,优化全髋关节功能。因此,该方法在临床实践中具有广泛的推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in perioperative patients with total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 79 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty in Zhaoqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=43,receiving rapid rehabilitation nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine characteristics)and the control group(n=36,receiving routine nursing)according to the randomized numerical table method for 2 weeks of treatment.The efficacy of nursing care was compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and TCM syndrome scores of the observation group was lower than before treatment,and the VAS and TCM syndrome scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The Harris score of the observation group were higher than before treatment,and the Harris score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The difference in surgical time between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative exhaust time,ambulation time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative recovery of patients with total hip arthroplasty,the rapid rehabilitation nursing method with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients and optimize the function of the total hip joint.Therefore,this method has wide promotional value in clinical practice.
