摘要
目的探讨社康中心开展青少年特发性脊柱侧弯运动治疗的疗效及可行性。方法选取在社康中心进行运动治疗的特发性脊柱侧弯青少年患者96例,随机数表法分为观察组46例和对照组50例,观察组接受施罗斯疗法联合脊柱侧弯科学锻炼疗法(the scientific exercise approach to scoliosis,SEAS)训练,对照组进行SEAS训练,运用躯干旋转角测量和Cobb角评估患者运动治疗训练前后情况,同时统计两组患者按时复诊率。结果治疗后,观察组和对照组躯干旋转角和Cobb角均小于同组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组躯干旋转角小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组Cobb角小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组按时复诊率为97.8%,对照组按时复诊率为98.0%,两组按时复诊率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社康中心开展青少年特发性脊柱侧弯运动治疗疗效明确,其中SEAS训练、施罗斯疗法联合SEAS训练均能有效改善脊柱侧弯躯干旋转角和Cobb角,且在社康中心进行运动治疗按时复诊率高,值得临床推广实施。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of exercise therapy for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)in a community health center setting.Methods Ninety-six adolescent patients diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis and undergoing exercise therapy at a community health center were randomly divided into an observation group(n=46)and a control group(n=50).The observation group received combined Schroth method and scientific exercises approach to scoliosis(SEAS)training,while the control group received SEAS training alone.Outcomes were assessed using trunk rotation angle and Cobb angle measurements before and after the intervention.Compliance rates for scheduled follow-up visits were also recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Post-treatment,both the observation and control groups demonstrated significant reductions in trunk rotation angle and Cobb angle compared to pre-treatment values(P<0.05).The observation group showed a significantly greater reduction in trunk rotation angle and Cobb angle than the control group(P<0.05).Compliance with scheduled follow-up was high in both groups,with rates of 97.8%in the observation group and 98%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy for AIS conducted in a community health center setting is effective,with both SEAS training and Schroth method combined with SEAS significantly improving trunk rotation angle and Cobb angle.The high compliance with scheduled follow-ups indicates that community-based management of AIS through exercise therapy is feasible and worthy of wider clinical implementation.
