摘要
目的:制定曼陀罗的药材质量标准,为该药用植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:以采集自西藏拉萨等地的7批曼陀罗药材为样品。观察其药材粉末的显微特征,用薄层色谱法(TLC)对曼陀罗药材进行鉴别,按照2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》(第一部)通则相关方法,测定曼陀罗种子中的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物。结果:其显微特征明显易见;TLC鉴别方法专属性强,在供试品色谱上与对照药材色谱相应位置显相同颜色的斑点;7批药材的水分含量为6.00%~10.50%,平均值为8.10%;总灰分含量为1.99%~3.78%,平均值为2.65%;酸不溶性灰分含量为0.08%~1.40%,平均值为0.47%;醇溶性浸出物含量为16.86%~21.67%,平均值为19.87%。对曼陀罗的性状、显微及薄层特征、含量测定进行了描述。结论:本研究建立了曼陀罗定性、定量鉴别的方法,对提升曼陀罗药材的质量标准有一定的参考价值。故拟定水分含量不超过9.70%;总灰分含量不超过3.20%;酸不溶性灰分含量不超过0.56%;浸出物含量不少于15.90%。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Datura stramonium and to provide scientific basis for its utilization.Methods Seven batches of Datura were collected from Lhasa Xizang.The microscopic characteristics of the powder were observed.and to identify Datura stramonium with TLC according to the relevant methods of the general principles of the 2020 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People s Republic of China,the moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extractions of Datura stramonium seeds were determined.Results The results showed that the spots on the chromatogram of the samples were the same color as those on the chromatogram of the control herbs,and the water content of the seven batches of herbs was 6.00%-10.50%,the average ash content was 8.10%,the total ash content was 1.99%-3.78%,the average ash content was 2.65%,the acid-insoluble ash content was 0.08%-1.40%,the average ash content was 0.47%,the alcohol-soluble extract content was 16.86%-21.67%,the average was 19.87%.The characteristics of Datura stramonium L.were described in this paper.Conclusion In this study,a qualitative and quantitative identification method of Datura stramonium was established,which has some reference value for improving the quality standard of Datura stramonium.The proposed water content shall not exceed 9.70%,the total ash content shall not exceed 3.20%,the acid-insoluble ash content shall not exceed 0.56%,and the extract content shall not be less than 15.90%.
