HPLC法测定妇科如意散中大黄素的含量

High Performance Liquid Chromatography for Determination of Emodin in Gynecology Ruyi San

目的:本研究旨在建立一种测定妇科如意散中大黄素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,使用Waters Symmetry ShieldTM RP18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液(80∶20)流动相,检测波长为254 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,色谱柱温度为30℃。结果:在大黄素含量为2.9953至149.765μg/mL的范围内,该方法呈现出良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),并且平均回收率(n=6)为100.2%,相对标准偏差为1.2%。结论:该含量测定方法具有操作简便、重现性好、可行性高、快速准确等优点,可以为该制剂的质量控制提供参考。

Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of emodin in Gynecology Ruyi San by HPLC.Method Emodin was determined by HPLC with waters symmetry shield TM RP18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column with methanol-0.3%phosphoric acid solution(80∶20)as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 254nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results Emodin showed a good linear relationship(r=0.9995)when emodin changed from 2.9953 to 149.7650μg/mL,and the average recovery rate(n=6)is 100.2%(RSD=1.2%).Conclusion This content determination method is easy to operate,and it has good repeatability,fast and accurate,and can provide a reference for the quality control of Gynecology Ruyi San.
