非酒精性脂肪性肝病中医病因病机及辨证论治探析

Etiology,Pathogenesis and Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine

非酒精性脂肪性肝病是一种与胰岛素抵抗和遗传易感性密切相关的代谢应激性肝损伤,严重者可导致残疾和死亡。该病发病机制尚未完全明确,中医以整体观念为基础来防治本病,在保肝降酶、改善患者症状、减轻经济负担等方面具有独特优势。文章对近十几年中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关文献进行回顾分析,从病因、病机、辨证论治等方面简述NAFLD的研究现状,旨在为本病的进一步研究及防治提供参考依据。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a metabolic stress liver injury closely related to insulin resistance and genetic susceptibility,which can lead to liver disability and death in severe cases.The pathogenesis of this disease has not been fully clarified,Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a unique advantage in preventing and treating this disease based on the holistic concept,in terms of protecting the liver and reducing enzymes,improving patient symptoms,and reducing economic burden.This article reviews and analyzes the relevant literature on TCM treatment of NAFLD in the past 10 years,and summarizes the research status of Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease from the etiology,pathogenesis,and syndrome differentiation,in order to provide useful reference for further research and prevention and treatment of this disease.
