苗医隔弩药液纸火疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎30例疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of 30 Cases of Osteoarthritis of the KneeTreated with Paper-fire Therapy with Crossbow Medicinal Liquid in Miao Medicine

目的:观察苗医隔弩药液纸火疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取患侧阿是穴、犊鼻、内膝眼、血海、梁丘、阳陵泉进行常规针刺;观察组采用以血海、梁丘、阳陵泉、阴陵泉为四点的长方形内的整个关节面隔弩药液纸火疗法治疗,两组均隔日1次,每周3次,共治疗20次。对比两组治疗前后、随访时(治疗结束1个月后)西安大略大学和麦马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数WOMAC评分、JOA膝性骨关节炎治疗效果判定标准评分,并进行疗效评估。结果:与治疗前相比,两组治疗后及随访时WOMAC各项评分均明显降低,JOA评分均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访时,对照组WOMAC各项评分均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为93.33%,观察组总有效率为96.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苗医隔弩药液纸火疗法能够有效缓解膝关节疼痛、改善膝关节功能,且与普通针刺疗法疗效相当。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Miao medicine crossbow medicinal liquid paper fire therapy in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.In the control group,the affected side of the A Yes point,calf s nose,the inner knee eye,the Sea of Blood,Liangqiu,Yangling Spring for conventional acupuncture;the observation group using the Sea of Blood,Liangqiu,Yangling Spring,Yinling Spring as four points in the rectangle of the entire joint surface of the crossbow liquid paper fire therapy treatment,the two groups are every other day once,three times a week,a total of 20 times of treatment.The two groups were compared before and after the paper fire treatment,and at the follow-up(1 month after the end of treatment)the University of Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index WOMAC scores,and JOA Knee Osteoarthritis Treatment Effectiveness Determination Criteria scores were compared and the efficacy was evaluated.Results Compared with the pre-treatment,all WOMAC scores were significantly lower and JOA scores were significantly higher in both groups after treatment and at the follow-up,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);at the follow-up,all WOMAC scores in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The paper-fire therapy of Miao medicine with medicinal liquid across the crossbow can effectively relieve knee joint pain and improve knee joint function,and its efficacy is comparable to that of ordinary acupuncture therapy.
