维生素D3注射液联合复方碳酸钙泡腾颗粒、布拉氏酵母菌散在佝偻病患儿中的应用

Application of Vitamin D3 Injection Combined with Compound Calcium Carbonate Effervescent Granules and Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets in Children with Rickets

目的:讨论维生素D3注射液联合复方碳酸钙泡腾颗粒、布拉氏酵母菌散治疗佝偻病患儿的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年10月在酒泉市人民医院儿科收治的100例佝偻病患儿,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。对照组予以维生素D3注射液,观察组基于对照组联合复方碳酸钙泡腾颗粒、布拉氏酵母菌散治疗。两组均治疗4周,比较两组临床疗效,对比两组治疗前、后血清微量元素[锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)]、生化指标{骨钙素(BGP)、25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]、小儿骨源性碱性磷酸酶(NBAP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)}、肠道菌群(双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌)及胃肠激素(胃动素、生长抑素)水平,同时记录两组不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清微量元素、生化指标、肠道菌群及胃肠激素比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Ca、P、Zn、BGP、25-(OH)D、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌及胃动素水平均显著高于对照组,NBAP、ALP、生长抑素水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对佝偻病患儿予以维生素D3注射液联合复方碳酸钙泡腾颗粒、布拉氏酵母菌散治疗效果显著,可改善其胃肠消化功能,提高对营养物质的吸收。

Objective:To discuss the application effect of Vitamin D3 Injection combined with Compound Calcium Carbonate Effervescent Granules and Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets in the treatment of children with rickets.Method:A total of one hundred children with rickets admitted to the Jiuquan People's Hospital from August 2021 to October 2023 were enrolled in this study,they were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Vitamin D3 Injection,and the observation group was treated with Vitamin D3 Injection combined with Compound Calcium Carbonate Effervescent Granules and Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Two groups were compared on clinical effects,the levels of serum trace elements[zinc(Zn),calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)],biochemical indicators{bone gla protein(BGP),25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D],neonatal bone alkaline phosphatase(NBAP)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)},gut microbiota(Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli),and gastrointestinal hormones(motilin and somatostatin).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in two groups were recorded.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum trace elements,biochemical indicators,gut microbiota,gastrointestinal hormones between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of Ca,P,Zn,BGP,25-(OH)D,Bifidobacteria,Lactobacilli,and motilin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of NBAP,ALP and somatostatin were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were 2.00%and 6.00%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment with Vitamin D3 Injection,Compound Calcium Carbonate Effervescent Granules and Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets is effective for children with rickets.It can improve their gastrointestinal digestive function and the absorption of nutrients.
