中医延续性护理在慢性肾衰竭中的应用研究

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Continuous Nursing in Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探析中医延续性护理在慢性肾衰竭中的应用效果。方法:择取2022年1月—2023年8月南昌市洪都中医院收治的90例慢性肾衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医延续性护理。比较两组肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)]、生活自理能力[日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)]、睡眠质量[匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及护理满意度。结果:干预3个月后,两组Scr、BUN及ALT均低于干预前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,两组ADL评分均高于干预前,PSQI评分均低于干预前,且观察组ADL评分高于对照组,PSQI评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医延续性护理可有效改善慢性肾衰竭患者肾脏功能,改善其日常活动能力及睡眠质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine continuous nursing in chronic renal failure.Method:A total of 90 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine continuous nursing.Renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)],self-care ability[activity of daily living scale(ADL)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:After 3 months of intervention,Scr,BUN and ALT in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the ADL scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the PSQI score was lower than that before intervention,and the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PSQI scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine continuous nursing can effectively improve the kidney function of patients with chronic renal failure,improve their daily activity ability and sleep quality,and improve nursing satisfaction.
