柴芍六君子汤治疗肝郁脾虚型癌症患者癌因性疲乏的临床研究

Clinical Study on Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Cancer-related Fatigue in Cancer Patients with Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

目的:观察柴芍六君子汤治疗肝郁脾虚型癌症患者癌因性疲乏的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年10月南昌市人民医院收治的80例肝郁脾虚型癌症患者作为研究对象,并根据治疗方式不同分成对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=41)。对照组采用常规化疗并保持基础营养支持,观察组加用柴芍六君子汤治疗,连续治疗9周。观察两组中医症候积分、免疫功能、癌因性疲乏评分及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组各中医症候积分、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平、Piper疲乏调查量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍六君子汤可缓解肝郁脾虚型癌症患者临床症状与癌因性疲乏情况,改善患者免疫功能,治疗效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on cancer-related fatigue in patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type cancer.Method:A total of 80 liver depression and spleen deficiency type cancer patients treated in Nanchang People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=41)according to different treatment methods.The control group received conventional chemotherapy and maintained basic nutritional support,and the observation group was treated with Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction,the treatment lasted for 9 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,immune function,cancer-related fatigue score and treatment effect in two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and Piper fatigue survey scale score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms and cancer-related fatigue of liver depression and spleen deficiency type cancer patients,improve the immune function of patients,and the therapeutic effect is good.
