摘要
目的:分析男性尖锐湿疣患者组织人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型的感染情况。方法:选择2021年12月—2023年12月于青岛市第三人民医院就诊的199例男性尖锐湿疣患者,采集疣体组织,采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)-反向斑点杂交法检测HPV感染情况,统计男性尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染基因分型,不同感染状态、类型、年龄段患者HPV感染情况。结果:199例男性尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染基因分型中以6亚型和11亚型为主,分别占33.00%、19.19%。低危型、高危型、混合型HPV感染占比分别为53.77%、21.11%、25.13%,以低危型为主。单一感染、二重感染、多重感染占比分别为74.87%、11.56%、13.57%,以单一感染为主。<20岁、20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁、50~59岁、≥60岁患者的HPV感染占比分别为6.03%、33.67%、25.63%、19.60%、13.57%、1.51%,感染人群以20~29岁为主。结论:男性尖锐湿疣患者HPV感染基因分型以6亚型和11亚型为主,以低危型、单一感染居多,患病人群年龄集中于20~29岁,临床应加以重视,积极做好男性尖锐湿疣HPV感染防治工作。
Objective:To analyze the of tissue human papilloma virus(HPV)genotype in male patients with condyloma acuminatum.Method:A total of 199 male patients with condyloma acuminatum treated in the Third People's Hospital of Qingdao from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected.The wart tissues were collected and HPV infection was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-reverse dot blot hybridization method.HPV infection genotype of male patients with condyloma acuminatum and the HPV infection in patients with different infection states,types and age groups were counted.Result:Among 199 male patients with condyloma acuminatum,6 subtypes and 11 subtypes were the main genotypes,accounting for 33.00%and 19.19%,respectively.The proportion of low risk type,high risk type and mixed type of HPV were 53.77%,21.11%and 25.13%,respectively,with low risk type predominating.The proportion of single infection,double infection and multiple infection were 74.87%,11.56%and 13.57%,respectively,with single infection predominating.The proportion of HPV infection of<20 years old,20-29 years old,30-39 years old,40-49 years old,50-59 years old and≥60 years old were 6.03%,33.67%,25.63%,19.60%,13.57%and 1.51%,respectively,and the infected population was mainly 20-29 years old.Conclusion:HPV infection genotype of male patients with condyloma acuminatum are mainly 6 subtypes and 11 subtypes,mainly low risk type and single infection,the age of the affected population is concentrated in 20-29 years old,clinical attention should be paid to,and actively do a good job in the prevention and treatment of HPV infection in male condyloma acuminatum.
