摘要
目的:分析景德镇地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症筛查情况。方法:本研究选取2023年1—12月景德镇地区各级医院出生的10164例新生儿为研究对象,计算新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症筛查率、初筛阳性率、召回复查阳性率、确诊率,并对新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症的月份、地区、性别分布情况进行分析。结果:新生儿先天性甲状腺功能筛查10164例,筛查率为100%,初筛阳性282例,初筛阳性率为2.77%,召回复查阳性23例,召回复查阳性率为0.23%,确诊6例,确诊率为0.06%,先天性甲状腺功能减退症患儿分布以11月份和12月份最多,分别为2例,占比为33.33%,其次为1月份和2月份,分别为1例,占比为16.67%。先天性甲状腺功能减退症患儿不同性别及地区检出率对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:景德镇地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减退症多发于11、12月,建议低温时孕妇也要保证足够的碘摄入,有利于胎儿的发育,降低出生后先天性甲状腺功能减退症的发生率。
Objective:To analyze the congenital hypothyroidism screening of newborns in Jingdezhen region.Method:A total of 10,164 newborns born in hospitals at all levels in Jingdezhen area from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the screening rate of neonates for congenital hypothyroidism,the positive rate of primary screening,the positive rate of recall review,the rate of confirmed diagnosis,and the distribution of neonates for congenital hypothyroidism by month,region,and gender were calculated and analyzed.Result:The number of newborn congenital hypothyroidism screening cases was 10,164,with a Screening rate of 100%,and the number of initial screening positive cases was 282,rate of initial screening positive was 2.77%,the number of recall review positive cases was 23,rate of recall review positive was 0.23%,and the number of confirmed diagnosis cases was 6,rate of confirmed diagnosis was 0.06%.The distribution of newborn congenital hypothyroidism children was seen to be the most in November and December,with 2 cases,accounting for 33.33%,respectively,after investigation;followed by January and February,with 1 case and 16.67%respectively.There were no significant differences in rates of different gender and regional of neonates with congenital hypothyroidism(P>0.05).Conclusion:Congenital hypothyroidism in newborns in the Jingdezhen area occurs most often in November and December,and it is recommended that pregnant women should also ensure adequate iodine intake at low temperatures to facilitate foetal development and reduce the incidence of congenital hypothyroidism after birth.
