广西地区50岁及以上男性体检人群骨密度现状及其影响因素分析

摘要 目的:调查50岁及以上男性体检人群的骨密度现状并分析其影响因素。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月体检的4090例50岁及以上男性人群,按T值评分标准分为骨量正常组、骨量减少组和骨质疏松组,收集骨密度、血压、空腹血糖(FBG)、尿酸(UA)等指标进行分析。结果:骨质疏松组的年龄、舒张压(DPB)、体质量指数(BMI)、UA和谷丙转氨酶均高于骨量正常组和骨量减少组。腰椎、股骨颈骨量减少检出率分别为38.17%和53.01%,骨质疏松检出率分别为13.37%和22.03%。骨质疏松检出率随年龄增加而增加,随BMI增加而降低。Logistics回归分析显示,年龄、DPB和BMI是股骨颈骨密度的主要影响因素,而年龄,DBP,BMI,SBP,FBG及UA是腰椎骨密度的主要影响因素。结论:年龄、DBP和BMI是50岁及以上男性体检人群骨密度的主要影响因素。 Objective:To investigate the current status of bone mineral densityof in male physical examination population aged 50 and above,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 4090 male subjects aged 50 and above who underwent physical examination in hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.According to T-score standard,they are divided into normal bone mass group,osteopenia group and osteoporosis group.Their bone mineral density,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose(FBG),uric acid(UA)and other indicators were collected for analysis.Results:The age,diastolic blood pressure(DBP),body mass index(BMI),UA,and alanine aminotransferase levels were higher in the osteoporosis group compared to the normal bone mass group and the reduced bone mass group.The detection rates of decreased bone mass in the lumbar vertebra and femoral neck are 38.17%and 53.01%,respectively,and the detection rates of osteoporosis are 13.37%and 22.03%,respectively.The detection rate of reduced bone mass increased with age but decreased with BMI increase.Logistics regression analysis showed that age,DBP,and BMI were the main factors affecting femoral neck bone mineral density,while age,DBP,BMI,systolic pressure,FBG,and UA were the main factors affecting lumbar spine bone mineral density.Conclusion:Age,DBP and BMI are the main influencing factors of bone mineral density in male physical examination population aged 50 and above.
