超声真空微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果

The effect of ultrasound vacuum minimally invasive rotary resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors

目的:探讨乳腺良性肿瘤(BBT)患者采用超声真空微创旋切术治疗的效果。方法:选择2021年6月—2023年6月收治的BBT患者92例,按随机数表法分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组给予开放切除术治疗,观察组给予超声真空微创旋切术治疗,比较两组围术期指标、疼痛程度、炎症反应、肿瘤标志物及术后并发症。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间、切口愈合时间及瘢痕长度短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d,3 d,5 d和7 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后白细胞介素(IL-1)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平高于术前,但观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原135(CA135)、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BBT患者采用超声真空微创旋切术治疗,在改善围术期指标方面效果显著,能够有效降低术后疼痛程度,减轻炎症反应,改善肿瘤标志物,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of ultrasound vacuum minimally invasive rotary resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors(BBT)in patients.Methods:A total of 92 patients with BBT from June 2021 to June 2023 who were admitted in hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group(n=46,ultrasound vacuum minimally invasive rotary resection)and the control group(n=46,open resection surgery).The perioperative indicators,pain level,inflammatory response,tumor markers,and postoperative complications in both groups were compared.Results:In comparision of the control group,the surgical time,hospital stay and incision healing time of observation group was shorter,the intraoperative bleeding was less,and the scar length was shorter(P<0.05).At 1 day,3 days,5 days,and 7 days after surgery,in comparision of the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of observation group was lower(P<0.05).In comparision of the before surgery,the postoperative interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-10(IL-10),and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in both groups were increased,but in comparision of the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The postoperative carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 135(CA 135),and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)levels in both groups were decreased,and in comparision of the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group after surgery was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.5).Conclusion:Ultrasound vacuum minimally invasive rotary resection is effective in improving perioperative indicators in BBT patients,which can effectively reduce postoperative pain,alleviate inflammatory reactions,improve tumor markers,and promote the reduction of postoperative complications in patients.
