三维创伤外固定架系统治疗创伤性胫腓骨开放性骨折的效果观察

Observation on the effect of three-dimensional traumatic external fixation system in the treatment of traumatic tibia and fibula open fracture

目的:探讨三维创伤外固定架系统(3D-EFS)治疗创伤性胫腓骨开放性骨折的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年12月—2023年12月收治的42例创伤性胫腓骨开放性骨折患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组(20例)和观察组(22例)。对照组采用常规内固定治疗,观察组采用3D-EFS治疗。比较两组患者的骨折愈合情况、踝关节功能、术后并发症情况。结果:观察组患者术后1个月的骨折愈合评分大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组患者的踝关节功能评分升高,且观察组患者的疼痛、功能和活动度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月内并发症发生率观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D-EFS在治疗创伤性胫腓骨开放性骨折中具有操作简便、促进骨折愈合、并发症少等优点。

Objective:To explore the effect of three-dimensional traumatic external fixation system(3D-EFS)in the treatment of traumatic tibia and fibula open fracture.Methods:A retrospective analysis method was used to collect the medical records of 42 patients with traumatic tibia and fibula open fractures admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2023.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group(n=20,received conventional internal fixation treatment)and the observation group(n=22,received 3D-EFS treatment).The fracture healing,ankle joint function and postoperative complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The fracture healing score at 1 month after surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the ankle function scores of the two groups were increased,and the pain,function and mobility scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication in the observation group at 6 months after surgery was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:3D-EFS in the treatment of traumatic tibia and fibula open fracture has the advantages of simple operation,promoting fracture healing and less complications.
