基于智库双螺旋法的科技伦理治理背景下护理研究生科研伦理培训调查研究

Research on research ethics training of nursing graduate students under the background of science and technology ethics governance based on think tank double helix method

目的:调查某省护理研究生对基于智库双螺旋法的科技伦理研究培训需求,为护理研究生临床科研提供针对性建议。方法:对某省3所高等医学院校87名护理研究生采用随机抽样的方式进行问卷调查,对数据进行统计分析和描述,采用χ2检验和二元Logistic回归分析影响因素。结果:98.8%的护理研究生认为“需要”接受智库双螺旋法的科研伦理知识培训,培训需求依次为智库双螺旋法(98.8%)、科技伦理治理原则(75.8%)、医学伦理审查相关内容(88.5%)、医学伦理审查流程(87.3%)、医学前沿领域涉及到的伦理问题(81.6%)、医学伦理委员会制度(79.3%)、医学科研的应用伦理规范(65.5%)、相关伦理文件解读(42.5%);培训形式及途径依次为网络授课讲座(67.8%)、传统课堂授课(58.6%)、导师或课题组学习(47.1%)、实习工作期间单位开展(26.4%)、其他形式(2.3%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,有课题申报相关经历和科研伦理相关学习经历的护理研究生对于智库双螺旋法背景下的科研伦理培训需求意愿较高(P<0.05)。结论:运用智库双螺旋法的基本框架,结合实践案例,对科技伦理研究的框架、过程与逻辑进行分析,对加快提升护理研究生的科研伦理素养、提高临床科研能力具有指导意义。

Objective:To investigate the needs of nursing graduate students in a province for training on science and technology ethics research based on the think tank double helix method,and to provide targeted suggestions for clinical research of nursing graduate students.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 87 nursing postgraduates from 3 medical colleges in a certain province by random sampling.The data were analyzed and described statistically.The influencing factors were analyzed by χ^(2) test and binary Logistic regression.Results:98.8%of nursing graduate students believed that it was necessary to accept the training of research ethics knowledge of think tank's double helix method.The training needs are the double helix method of think tank(98.8%),the principles of ethical governance of science and technology(75.8%),the related content of medical ethics review(88.5%),the process of medical ethics review(87.3%),the ethical issues involved in the frontier fields of medicine(81.6%),the system of medical ethics committee(79.3%),and the application ethics regulations of medical scientific research Fan(65.5%),interpretation of relevant ethical documents(42.5%).The forms and ways of training were network lectures(67.8%),traditional classroom lectures(58.6%),tutor or research group study(47.1%),unit work during internship(26.4%),and other forms(2.3%).The results of regression analysis showed that nursing graduate students with relevant experience in project application and research ethics had a higher demand for research ethics training under the background of think tank double helix method(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the basic framework of think tank double helix method and combining with practical cases,this paper analyzes the framework,process and logic of science and technology ethics research,which has guiding significance for accelerating the improvement of nursing graduate students'scientific research ethics literacy and improving clinical research ability.
