基于生长因子水平探讨中药湿敷在混合痔患者术后康复中的应用价值及其对肛门功能的影响

To investigate the application value of wet application with traditional chinese medicine in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids and its effect on anal function based on growth factor level

目的:基于生长因子水平探讨中药湿敷在混合痔患者术后康复中的应用价值及其对肛门功能的影响。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月混合痔患者105例,随机分为对照组(52例)和观察组(53例)。对照组给予阶梯式精细护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药湿敷。对比两组患者术后肛门功能、康复情况及生长因子水平。结果:干预后,两组术后肛门功能各指标均增加,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组视觉模拟评分低于对照组,康复及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者生长因子水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药湿敷在混合痔患者术后康复中的应用价值显著,能够改善患者术后肛门功能,缓解疼痛,增加生长因子水平,加快术后康复。

Objective:Based on the level of growth factor,to explore the application value of traditional chinese medicine wet application in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids and its effect on anal function.Methods:All 105 patients with mixed hemorrhoids from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.52 cases in the control group were given stepped intensive nursing,and 53 cases in the observation group were given chinese medicine wet application.The postoperative anal function,recovery and growth factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,anal function increased in both groups,and higher in observation group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the visual analog score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the recovery and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,growth factor levels were increased in both groups,and higher in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional chinese medicine wet application has significant application value in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,which can improve postoperative anal function,relieve pain,increase growth factor level,and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.
