基于“治之以兰,除陈气也”辨治肠癌

摘要 陈气肇源于《黄帝内经》,指甘肥积食陈腐之气,亦泛指陈旧不化之病理产物。肠癌与饮食、代谢密切相关,“陈气之疾”糖尿病、高脂血症、肥胖是肠癌发病的高危因素。肠癌者多饮食无节,脾胃失司,肠腑失调,内生陈气是肠癌发病的始动机制。陈气聚而不散,损伤气道血脉,致气血津液运化失常而再生痰浊瘀热之陈气,是肠癌的发展病机。肠癌为陈气之疾,治疗上强调“治之以兰”,以芳香辛散为兰,以畅气机、除陈腐、推陈致新为兰,以祛痰浊瘀热之陈气、健脾胃畅气机使陈气无以再生为肠癌的除陈法则。 The concept of stagnant qi can be traced back to the Huangdi s Internal Classics(Huang Di Nei Jing), refers to the stagnation of qi and pathological products due to retention of food. Colorectal cancer is a chronic disorder related to dietary structure, lifestyle and metabolism. Diabetes, hyperlipidemia and obesity which are considered to be diseases of stagnant qi, are high-risk factors for the development of colorectal cancer. The dietary structure of indulging in greasy, sweet and flavorful foods leads to the improper function of the spleen, stomach and intestine, thus giving rise to the stagnant qi which is the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer. Stagnant qi in the body will lead to abnormal transportation of qi, blood, fluids and liquids resulting in dampness, heat, stasis and toxins, and promoting the developmental of colorectal cancer. Based on it, colorectal cancer is the disease of stagnant qi. Thereby, “Orchids to Eliminate Stagnant Qi” is the main treatment principle of colorectal cancer, aiming to dispels dampness, heat, stasis and toxins, and regulates the functions of the spleen, stomach, and intestine.
