补肺健脾益气方合玉屏风散治疗肺脾气虚证支气管哮喘的疗效及对中医证候评分、免疫功能及炎性因子水平的影响

Therapeutic effect of Bufei Jianpi Yiqi Prescription combined with Yupingfeng Powder on bronchial asthma with Deficiency of Lung and Spleen Qi Syndrome and its influence on TCM syndrome score, immune function and inflammatory factor level

目的:探讨补肺健脾益气方合玉屏风散治疗肺脾气虚证支气管哮喘的疗效及对中医证候评分、免疫功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法:回顾性选取2021年6月~2023年6月民乐县人民医院收治的肺脾气虚证支气管哮喘患者100例为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为研究组59例及对照组41例。研究组采用补肺健脾益气方合玉屏风散治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗,比较两组中医证候评分、免疫功能及炎性因子水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.61%,高于对照组的82.93%( P <0.05);治疗后研究组气短喘息、喉间哮鸣、胸闷咳嗽、痰多色白、神疲乏力、食少便溏、脘腹胀满、自汗畏风中医证候评分低于对照组( P <0.05);治疗后研究组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)低于对照组,Th1/Th2、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)高于对照组( P <0.05);治疗后研究组单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、趋化因子配体11(CCL11)、半胱氨酰白三烯(CYSLTS)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平低于对照组( P <0.05)。结论:补肺健脾益气方合玉屏风散治疗肺脾气虚证支气管哮喘可以提高患者临床治疗效果,降低中医症候评分,改善患者免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective: To explore the curative effect of Bufei Jianpi Yiqi Recipe combined with Yupingfeng Powder on bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen-qi syndrome and its influence on immune function and inflammatory factor level of TCM syndrome score. Methods: 100patients with bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen-qi syndrome treated from June 2021to June 2023People s Hospital of Minle County were retrospectively selected as the study objects, and were divided into 59cases in the study group and 41cases in the control group according to the treatment methods. The study group was treated with Bufei Jianpi Yiqi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder, while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The TCM syndrome score, immune function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 96.61% higher than that of the control group(82.93%)( P <0.05). Shortness of breath, wheezing in the throat, chest tightness, cough, white phlegm, fatigue, hypoglycemia and loose stool, abdominal distension, spontaneous sweating and wind-fear in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment( P <0.05). After treatment, immunoglobulin M(IgM) and immunoglobulin E(IgE) in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and Th1/Th2and immunoglobulin G(IgG) were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1), chemokine ligand 11(CCL11), cysteinylleukotriene(CYSLTS) and interleukin-4(IL-4) in the study group were lower than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Bufei Jianpi Yiqi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen-qi syndrome, reduce the score of TCM symptoms, improve the immune function of patients, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
