中药螵蛸汤对萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状和生活质量的影响

Improvement Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Piaoxiao Decoction on Clinical Symptoms and Quality of Life in Patients with Atrophic Gastritis

目的探讨中药螵蛸汤对萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状和生活质量的改善效果。方法选取医院2021年1月至12月收治的萎缩性胃炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者予叶酸片治疗,观察组患者予螵蛸汤治疗,两组患者均连续治疗24周。结果观察组患者的反酸、腹痛、胃灼热、胸痛等临床症状减轻时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能、情绪功能等生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.05)。结论中药螵蛸汤可改善萎缩性胃炎患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the improvement effect of traditional Chinese medicine Piaoxiao Decoction on clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with atrophic gastritis admitted to the hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with folic acid tablets,while the observation group was treated with Piaoxiao Decoction.Both groups were continuously treated for 24 weeks.Results The relief time of clinical symptoms such as acid reflux,abdominal pain,heartburn,and chest pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores such as cognitive function,physical function,social function,role function,and emotional function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Piaoxiao Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with atrophic gastritis,and has good safety.
