滋肾育胎丸联合地屈孕酮片用于习惯性流产保胎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zishen Yutai Pills Combined with Dexmedetomidine Progesterone Tablets for Pregnancy Preservation in Habitual Miscarriage

目的探讨滋肾育胎丸联合地屈孕酮片用于习惯性流产的保胎效果。方法选取医院2018年3月至2023年3月收治的习惯性流产患者300例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各150例。两组患者均予地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组患者加服滋肾育胎丸。两组均连续用药3个月。结果观察组患者治疗第9,10周血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平,保胎成功率,以及治疗总满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾育胎丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗习惯性流产,能提高保胎成功率和治疗满意度,改善血清激素水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zishen Yutai Pills combined with Dexmedetomidine Progesterone Tablets on maintaining pregnancy in habitual miscarriage.Methods A total of 300 patients with habitual abortion admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Dexmedetomidine Tablets,while the observation group received additional treatment with Zishen Yutai Pills.Both groups received continuous medication for 3 months.Results The serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone,the success rate of fetal preservation,and the overall satisfaction with treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at weeks 9 and 10 of treatment(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zishen Yutai Pills and Dexmedetomidine Tablets can improve the success rate and treatment satisfaction of habitual miscarriage,and improve serum hormone levels.
