区域PICC维护网络建立及其在出院带管患者并发症预防中的作用

Establishment of Regional PICC Maintenance Network and Its Role in the Prevention of Complications in Patients Discharged from Hospitals with Tubes

目的探讨区域经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)维护网络的建立方法及其在出院带管患者并发症预防中的作用。方法选取医院2023年1月至2024年6月收治的行PICC置管的化学治疗(简称化疗)患者160例,将区域PICC维护网络建立前(2023年1月至8月)的患者纳入对照组,将区域PICC维护网络建立后(2023年9月至2024年6月)的患者纳入观察组,各80例。对比两组患者导管相关并发症发生率及对PICC维护的护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者导管相关并发症发生率为1.25%,显著低于对照组的10.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为98.75%,显著高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论区域PICC维护网络能有效降低出院带管患者的并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the establishment of a regional peripheral intravenous catheter(PICC)maintenance network and its role in the prevention of complications in patients discharged from hospitals with catheters.Methods A total of 160 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 who underwent chemotherapy with PICC catheterization were selected,the patients before the establishment of the regional PICC maintenance network(January to August 2023)were included in the control group,and patients after the establishment of the regional PICC maintenance network(September 2023 to June 2024)were included in the observation group,with 80 patients in each group.The incidence of catheter-related complications and satisfaction with the care of PICC maintenance were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of catheter-related complications in the observation group was 1.25%,which was significantly lower than 10.00%in the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 98.75%,which was significantly higher than 82.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The regional PICC maintenance network can effectively reduce the complication rate of patients discharged with tubes and improve nursing satisfaction.
