连贯性护理健康教育用于子宫肌瘤护理效果分析

Effect of Coherent Nursing Health Education in the Nursing of Uterine Myoma

目的探讨连贯性护理健康教育用于子宫肌瘤护理的效果。方法选取医院2021年7月至2023年6月收治的子宫肌瘤患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组实行连贯性护理健康教育。结果观察组患者满意度为94.87%,显著高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的患者依从性(包括遵医嘱运动、情绪控制、饮食调节、定期复查)显著优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分(包括生理功能、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论连贯性护理健康教育用于子宫肌瘤护理,可提高子宫肌瘤患者的依从性和满意度,改善其生活质量。

Objective To invesitigate the effectiveness of coherent nursing health education in the care of uterine myoma.Methods A total of 78 patients with uterine myoma admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received coherent nursing health education.Results The satisfaction in the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than 79.49%in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance(including following medical advice for exercise,emotional control,dietary regulation,and regular follow-up)of patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score(including physiological function,physical function,psychological function,and social function)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Coherence nursing health education used for the care of uterine myoma can improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients with uterine myoma,and improve their quality of life.
