摘要
目的探讨饮食护理用于糖尿病护理的效果。方法选取医院2021年2月至2022年5月收治的糖尿病患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患者接受常规治疗和护理,观察组患者在此基础上增加饮食护理干预。结果观察组的临床总有效率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1C))、糖化白蛋白(GA)和健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理用于糖尿病护理可提升临床疗效,改善血糖水平和健康状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of dietary nursing used in diabetes care.Methods A total of 84 diabetes mellitus patients admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment and nursing,on this basis,patients in the observation group received dietary nursing intervention.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 85.71%in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2-h blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1C)),glycated albumin(GA),and the Short-Form of the Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary care used in diabetes care can increase clinical efficacy,and improve blood glucose level and health status.
