认知行为干预用于高龄胃癌患者术后谵妄护理效果评价

Effectiveness Evaluation of Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Postoperative Delirium Care in Elderly Gastric Cancer Patients

目的探讨认知行为干预用于高龄胃癌患者术后谵妄护理的效果。方法选取医院2022年11月至2023年11月收治的高龄(>55岁)胃癌手术患者80例,按抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行认知行为干预护理。结果护理后,观察组患者术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);认知功能各项评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预用于高龄胃癌患者的术后谵妄护理,能促使患者尽早康复,减少并发症,改善其认知功能障碍。

Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive-behavioral intervention for postoperative delirium care in elderly gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly(>55 years old)gastric cancer patients admitted to the hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the draw method,with 40 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional nursing care was provided,and in the observation group,cognitive-behavioral intervention nursing was provided.Results After the nursing,the patients in the observation group had significantly shorter postoperative ventilating time,time to get out of bed and hospitalization time than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the scores of cognitive function were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention for postoperative delirium care in elderly gastric cancer patients can promote early recovery,reduce complications and improve cognitive dysfunction.
