针对性护理用于预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后留置导尿管感染效果分析

Effectiveness of Targeted Nursing for Preventing Postoperative Indwelling Catheter Infection in Gynecological Malignant Tumor

目的探讨针对性护理用于预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后留置导尿管感染的效果。方法选取医院2023年收治的妇科恶性肿瘤患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者术后接受常规护理,观察组患者术后接受针对性护理。结果观察组患者术后不同时间节点的留置导尿管感染发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),平均留置导尿管时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理用于预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后留置导尿管感染,可显著减少感染次数,缩短导尿管的插管时长和住院时长,促进康复,提升其生活质量。

Objective To invesitigate the effectiveness of targeted nursing in preventing postoperative indwelling catheter infection in gynecological malignant tumor.Methods A total of 120 patients with gynecological malignant tumor admitted to the hospital in 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine care after surgery,while the observation group received targeted care after surgery.Results The incidences of indwelling catheter infection in the observation group at different time points after surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The average durations of indwelling catheters and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing for preventing postoperative indwelling catheterization infection in gynecological malignant tumor can significantly reduce the number of infections,shorten the duration of catheterization and hospitalization,promote rehabilitation,and improve their quality of life.
