集束化护理用于呼吸衰竭机械通气患者效果评估

Effectiveness Evaluation of Intensive Care for Patients with Respiratory Failure on Mechanical Ventilation

目的探讨集束化护理用于呼吸衰竭机械通气患者的效果。方法选取医院2021年10月至2023年4月收治的呼吸衰竭机械通气患者96例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组予常规护理,观察组予集束化护理。结果护理后,观察组患者的用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积明显高于对照组,呼吸频率、心率明显低于对照组,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分明显低于对照组,护理总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理用于呼吸衰竭机械通气患者,可提高其肺功能指标,降低呼吸频率及心率,调节不良心理状态,提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive care used for patients with respiratory failure on mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 96 patients with respiratory failure on mechanical ventilation admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given intensive nursing.Results After the nursing,the patients in the observation group had significantly higher expiratory lung volume and forced expiratory volume in one second,lower respiratory rate and heart rate,and lower scores on anxiety and depression self-assessment scales and higher total satisfaction with nursing than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of intensive nursing for mechanically ventilated patients with respiratory failure can improve their pulmonary function indexes,reduce respiratory frequency and heart rate,regulate the adverse psychological state,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
