芪苈强心胶囊对急性左心衰竭患者血管内皮功能及心功能指标的影响

Effects of Qili Qiangxin Capsules on Vascular Endothelial Function and Cardiac Function Indexes in Patients with Acute Left Heart Failure

目的:探讨芪苈强心胶囊对急性左心衰竭患者血管内皮功能及心功能指标的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将2021年1月—2023年12月在萍乡赣西医院接受治疗的80例急性左心衰竭患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用重组人脑利钠肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗。对比两组中医证候疗效、血管内皮功能、心功能指标和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后内皮素-1(ET-1)低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)、充血肱动脉内径增加度(FMD)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)均低于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊在急性左心衰竭患者治疗中效果显著,能够改善患者血管内皮功能,可有效促进患者心功能水平恢复,利于缓解患者中医证候,且副作用较少,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Qili Qiangxin Capsules on vascular endothelial function and cardiac function indexes in patients with acute left heart failure.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute left heart failure treated at Ganxi Hospital in Pingxiang from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide,the observation group was treated with Qili Qiangxin Capsules.The effects of TCM syndromes,vascular endothelial function,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,endothelin-1(ET-1)in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and the flow-mediated dilation(FMD)were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)and left ventricular endsystolic volume(LVESV)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qili Qiangxin Capsules has a significant effect in the treatment of acute left heart failure patients,which can improve the vascular endothelial function,effectively promote the recovery of cardiac function,and alleviate the TCM syndrome of patients,with fewer side effects and higher safety.
