以健商理念为指导的护理对经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者健康信念、自我管理能力及心功能的影响

Effect of Nursing Guided by Health Quotient Concept on Health Belief,Self-management Ability and Cardiac Function of Patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的:探讨以健商理念为指导的护理对经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后患者健康信念、自我管理能力及心功能的影响。方法:选取2022年2月—2024年2月泗洪分金亭医院收治的112例行PCI治疗的急性心肌梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(术后接受常规护理)与观察组(术后接受以健商理念为指导的护理),各56例。比较两组健康信念、自我管理能力及心功能指标。结果:干预后,观察组健康信念量表、自我管理能力量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组心排血量、左心室射血分数均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以健商理念为指导的护理能够坚定PCI后患者健康信念,提高患者自我管理能力,改善患者心功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing guided by health quotient concept on the health belief,self-management ability and cardiac function of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:A total of 112 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI treatment in Sihong Fen Jinting Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group(receiving routine nursing after surgery)and observation group(receiving nursing guided by health quotient concept)according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.Health belief,self-management ability and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of health belief scale and self-management ability scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after operation,the cardiac output and left ejection fraction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing guided by health quotient concept can strengthen patients'health belief,improve patients'self-management ability and improve patients'cardiac function after PCI.
