康复新液、复方黄柏液涂剂联合负压封闭引流在藏毛窦术后患者中的应用

Comparison of the Efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid and Compound Huangbai Pigmentum Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage in Patients after Pilonidal Sinus Surgery

目的:探究康复新液与复方黄柏液涂剂联合负压封闭引流(VSD)在藏毛窦术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月在青州市人民医院肛肠外科治疗的80例藏毛窦术后患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及试验组,各40例。对照组采取康复新液联合VSD治疗,试验组采取复方黄柏液涂剂联合VSD治疗。比较两组治疗前后创口愈合过程、创口面积、炎症因子水平及疼痛情况。结果:试验组渗液干净时间、出现肉芽组织时间、出现上皮组织时间均早于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组创口面积小于对照组,炎症水平、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于康复新液,复方黄柏液涂剂联合VSD用于藏毛窦术后患者的疗效更佳,可有效降低炎症因子水平,减轻疼痛,促进创口愈合。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Kangfuxin Liquid and Compound Huangbai Pigmentum combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in patients after pilonidal sinus surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients after pilonidal sinus surgery treated in the Anorectal Surgery Department of Qingzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid combined with VSD,and the experimental group was treated with Compound Huangbai Pigmentum combined with VSD.Wound healing process,wound area,inflammatory factor level and pain before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The cleaning time of fluid,the time of granulation tissue,the time of epithelial tissue of experimental group were earlier than those of control group,the healing time was shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound area of experimental group was smaller than that of control group,the inflammation level and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Kangfuxin Liquid,Compound Huangbai Pigmentum combined with VSD has better curative effect on patients after pilonidal sinus surgery,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,relieve pain and promote wound healing.
