热敏灸联合循经取穴推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰痛程度及腰椎功能的影响

Effects of Heat Sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Massage with Point Selection Along Channel on Lumbago Degree and Lumbar Function in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:热敏灸联合循经取穴推拿在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年10月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的88例LDH患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组行常规干预,观察组加用热敏灸联合循经取穴推拿干预,两组均持续4周。比较两组腰痛程度、腰椎功能、中医症候积分及生活质量。结果:观察组干预后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后生理、心理及社会评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸联合循经取穴推拿在LDH中的效果佳,可加快患者腰椎功能恢复,减轻腰痛程度,降低疾病对生活的影响。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with massage with point selection along channel in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 88 patients with LDH admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,the observation group was added heat sensitive moxibustion combined with massage with point selection along channel intervention.Both groups continued for 4 weeks.The lumbago degree,lumbar function,TCM symptoms scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and each dimensions scores and total scores of Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of TCM symptoms in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological,psychological and social in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat sensitive moxibustion combined with massage with point selection along channel in LDH has a good effect,which can accelerate the recovery of lumbar function,reduce the lumbago degree and reduce the impact of diseases on life.
