穴位敷贴辅助护理对膝关节骨关节炎患者的干预效果及对其炎症指标的影响

Effect of Acupoint Application Assisted Nursing on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis and Its Influence on Inflammation Indexes

目的:探讨穴位敷贴辅助护理应用于膝关节骨关节炎患者中的干预效果及对炎症指标的影响。方法:于2021年1月—2023年6月景德镇市中医医院接收的膝关节骨关节炎患者中选取82例,通过双盲法将其分作对照组与观察组,两组各41例,对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组则在对照组基础上给予穴位敷贴辅助护理。对比两组症状严重情况、炎症指标、膝关节功能及干预效果。结果:观察组干预后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index,WOMAC)评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL-6)水平均比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的Lysholm膝关节评分(LKS)比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预总有效率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴辅助护理应用于膝关节骨关节炎患者中可促进其症状有效缓解,并降低炎症指标,改善膝关节功能,进一步提升干预效果。

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of acupoint application assisted nursing in patients with knee osteoarthritis and its influence on inflammation indexes.Method:A total of 82 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were admitted to Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method,with 41 cases in both groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given acupoint application assisted nursing on the basis of the control group.The severity of symptoms,inflammation index,knee function and intervention effect were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the score of Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin(IL-6)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Lysholm knee joint score(LKS)in observation group was higher than that in control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 75.61%(31/41)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupoint application assisted nursing in patients with knee osteoarthritis can promote the effective relief of symptoms,reduce inflammation indicators,improve the function of the knee joint,as well as further enhance the intervention effect.
