摘要
目的:观察低频度执行功能训练配合经颅磁疗法对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿生长发育的影响。方法:选择2023年1月—2024年1月在九江市妇幼保健院接受治疗的ADHD患儿80例,根据入院编号单双号分为训练组和常规组,各40例。常规组行经颅磁疗法,训练组行低频度执行功能训练配合经颅磁疗法,两组患儿共干预8周,并随访2个月。比较两组干预前后注意力、病情、行为问题、睡眠质量及生长发育情况。结果:干预8周后及随访2个月后训练组注意力评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);斯诺佩评估量表(SNAP-Ⅳ)各维度评分、Conner's儿童行为量表评分、儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ)评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访2个月后两组骨龄与实际年龄差值、身高年龄与实际年龄差值均较干预前减小,BMI较干预前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低频度执行功能训练配合经颅磁疗法治疗ADHD患儿效果显著,能有效提高患儿注意力,缓解病情,改善病症行为,提高睡眠质量,且不影响其生长发育。
Objective:To observe the effect of low-frequency executive function training combined with transcranial magnetic therapy on growth and development of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Method:Eighty children with ADHD who were treated in Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected.They were divided into the training group and the routine group according to odd/even admission numbers,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group received transcranial magnetic therapy,while the training group received low-frequency executive function training combined with transcranial magnetic therapy.All children were given 8 weeks of intervention and followed up for 2 months.Attention,condition,behavioral problems,sleep quality,growth and development of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Result:After 8 weeks of intervention and 2 months of follow-up,the attention scores of the training group were higher than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).All dimension scores of the Swanson,Nolan,and Pelham scale versionⅣ(SNAP-Ⅳ),Conner's rating scale for children's behaviors scores,and children's sleep-habit questionnaire(CSHQ)scores were lower than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of follow-up,the difference between bone age and actual age,and the difference between height age and actual age of the two groups decreased compared with those before intervention,and BMI increased compared with that before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but there were no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-frequency executive function training combined with transcranial magnetic therapy is markedly effective in the treatment of children with ADHD,which can effectively improve their attention,condition,behaviors and sleep quality,without influencing growth and development.
