单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎是全球最常见脑炎之一,具有高病死率和致残率,严重危害人类健康,及时发现、明确诊断和早期治疗是关键。随着对单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎病理机制研究地不断深入、医疗检查手段的多样化,提高了疾病的诊断效率和准确性,为早期启动治疗提供可能,临床药物的应用研究为改善患者预后提供保障。本文就单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的病理生理及发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗予以综述。

Herpes simplex encephalitis is one of the most common encephalitis in the world,with high mortality and disability rate,which seriously endangers human health.Timely detection,definite diagnosis and early treatment are the key.With the deepening of the research on the pathological mechanism of herpes simplex encephalitis and the diversification of medical examination methods has improved the efficiency and accuracy of the diagnosis of the disease,made it possible to start treatment early,and the application research of clinical drugs provides guarantee for improving the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the pathophysiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of herpes simplex virus encephalitis.
