酚妥拉明联合垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Phentolamine Combined with Pituitrin in the Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Hemoptysis

目的:探讨酚妥拉明与垂体后叶素联合用于肺结核咯血治疗中的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年12月仁怀市人民医院收治的80例肺结核咯血患者作为研究对象,采用双盲抽签分组方法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组单独使用垂体后叶素治疗,观察组在此基础上联合酚妥拉明治疗。比较两组的临床疗效和咯血症状缓解时间。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的咯血消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的1 s呼气容积(FEV_(1))和用力肺活量(FEV_(1)/FVC)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相对于单独使用垂体后叶素治疗肺结核咯血而言,在该药物基础上联用酚妥拉明能够取得更加理想的治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of phentolamine combined with pituitrin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis.Method:Eighty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis admitted to Renhuai People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by doubleblind drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pituitrin alone,and the observation group was treated with phentolamine on the basis of this.And the clinical efficacy and the remission time of hemoptysis were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of hemoptysis in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,1 s expiratory volume(FEV_(1))and forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis with pituitrin alone,the combined use of phentolamine on the basis of this drug can achieve more ideal therapeutic effect.
