益肾降糖饮联合穴位敷贴治疗气阴两虚型Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果

The Clinical Efficacy of Yishen Jiangtang Drink Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Patients with Type III-IV Diabetic Nephropathy of Qi-Yin Deficiency Type

目的:探讨益肾降糖饮联合穴位敷贴治疗气阴两虚型Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月在福建省南平市人民医院确诊为气阴两虚型Ⅲ~Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的90例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各45例。对照组采用益肾降糖饮治疗,研究组采用益肾降糖饮联合穴位敷贴治疗。比较两组中医症候积分、实验室指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、24小时尿蛋白定量(24 h-UTP)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(UACR)、血肌酐(Scr)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)]、生存质量[糖尿病人生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)]及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分、FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、24h-UTP、UACR、SCr水平及DSQL各项评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组eGFR水平升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾降糖饮联合穴位敷贴治疗能有效改善气阴两虚型Ⅲ-Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者的临床症状和生存质量,治疗效果优于单一使用益肾降糖饮的方法。

Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of Yishenjiangtangyin combined with acupoint application in the treatment of Qi-Yin deficiency typeⅢ-Ⅳdiabetic nephropathy patients.Method:A total of 90 patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳdiabetic nephropathy diagnosed with Qi-Yin deficiency in Nanping People's Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yishen Jiangtang Drink,and the study group was treated with Yishen Jiangtang Drink combined with acupoint application.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,laboratory indicators[fasting blood glucose(FPG)],postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),24-hour urinary protein quantification(24 h-UTP),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),serum creatinine(Scr),glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)],quality of life[Diabetic Quality of Life Specific Scale(DSQL)]and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,TCM syndrome score,FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc,24 h-UTP,UACR,SCr level and DSQL scores of both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the eGFR level of the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Jiangtang Drink combined with acupoint application can effectively improve Qi-Yin deficiency typeⅢ-Ⅳdiabetic nephropathy patients.
