全身振动训练联合常规康复训练治疗老年肌少症患者的效果

摘要 目的:探讨全身振动训练联合常规康复训练治疗老年肌少症患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月浙江大学医学院附属第一医院收治的90例老年肌少症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组使用常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上联合使用全身震动训练,两组均干预12周。比较两组干预前后下肢功能(起坐实验、下肢肌力),平衡功能[Berg平衡量表(BBS)、身体压力中心运动椭圆面积及轨道长度],躯体功能[6 m步速、起立-步行计时测试(TUGT)]。结果:干预前,两组下肢功能、平衡功能及躯体功能水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组下肢各肌肉肌力水平、BBS评分、6 m步速均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组睁眼、闭眼身体压力中心运动椭圆面积及轨道长度水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组起坐实验时长、TUGT时长较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年肌少症患者在常规康复训练基础上联合采用全身震动训练效果良好,可有效提升患者下肢肌力及下肢运动能力,改善患者平衡功能及躯体运动功能。 Objective:To explore the effect of whole body vibration training combined with routine rehabilitation training on elderly patients with sarcopenia.Method:A total of 90 elderly patients with sarcopenia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received combined whole body shock training on this basis.Both groups were intervened for 12 weeks.Lower extremity function(sitting test,lower extremity muscle strength),Balance function[berg balance scale(BBS),body pressure center movement ellipse area and track length]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Physical function[6 m walking pace,time up and go test(TUGT)].Result:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in lower limb function,balance function and body function between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the muscle strength level,BBS score and 6 m walking speed of the lower limbs of the observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After in tervation the movement ellipse area and track length of the body pressure center of the open and closed eyes in observation group were lower.After intervation the sitting experiment duration and TUGT duration in observation group were shorter,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of whole body vibration training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training for elderly patients with sarcopenia has a good effect,which can effectively improve the lower limb muscle strength and lower limb motor ability,and improve the balance function and physical motor function of patients.
