Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention based on objective management on patients with craniocerebral injury and hemiplegia.Method:104 patients with cranial injury and hemiplegia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and grouped according to random number table method. The control group(n=51)received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group(n=53)received rehabilitation nursing intervention under goal-based management. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention, the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of the Chinese version of Fugl-Meyer Assess-ment(FMA)and the Chinese version of the Quality of Life after Brain Injury(QOLIBRI)were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing intervention based on objective management can effectively improve nerve function, limb function and quality of life of patients with craniocerebral injury hemiplegia, and nursing satisfaction is higher.
