摘要
目的:探讨中等强度有氧训练结合抗阻训练对老年高血压患者心率、血压和血脂的影响。方法:选取2019年7月—2022年7月广州市东升医院收治的60例高血压患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。其中对照组均接受常规药物治疗和健康宣教,每周随访1次,共8周。实验组均在对照组的基础上再给予中等强度的慢跑、快走等有氧训练和上下肢抗阻训练,训练每周3次,共持续8周。在治疗前后检测患者心率、血压和血脂水平。结果:治疗前,两组心率、血压、血脂比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组心率、收缩压较治疗前显著下降,且实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压和舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇指标均较治疗前有显著改善,且实验组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分均较治疗前有明显改善,且实验组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中等强度有氧训练结合抗阻训练能够降低患者心率、收缩压和血脂水平。
Objective:To explore the effects of moderate intensity aerobic training combined with resistance training on heart rate,blood pressure and blood lipid in elderly patients with hypertension.Method:A total of 60 hypertensive patients treated in Chronic Disease Management Center of Dongsheng Hospital,Guangzhou from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment and health education,and were followed up once a week for a total of 8 weeks.The experimental group were given moderate intensity aerobic training such as jogging and fast walking and upper and lower limb resistance training on the basis of the control group,3 times a week for 8 weeks.Heart rate,blood pressure and lipid levels were measured before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the comparison of heart rate,blood pressure and blood lipid between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the experimental group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison ofsystolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of total cholesterol,triglyceride and serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of patients in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In summary,moderate intensity aerobic training combined with resistance training can reduce patients'heart rate,systolic blood pressure and lipid levels.
