摘要
目的:分析信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB)对初产妇产前心理弹性的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2023年12月建瓯市立医院收治的100例初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施IMB理念护理干预,分析两组初产妇临床相关数据。结果:干预后,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组屈服和回避评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组面对评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IMB的护理理念在提升初产妇产前心理弹性方面具有显著效果,可以减轻产妇的心理应激,增强其应对能力,促进积极应对方式的采用,从而提高产妇的心理健康水平。
Objective:To analyze the impact of the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model(IMB)on the psychological resilience of primiparous women before delivery.Method:100 primiparous women admitted to Jian'ou Municipa Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received IMB concept nursing care.Clinical data of the two groups of primiparous women were analyzed.Result:After intervention,the self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the yield and avoidance scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the face score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing concept based on IMB has a significant effect on improving the psychological resilience of primiparous women before childbirth.It can alleviate the psychological stress of primiparous women,enhance their coping ability,promote the adoption of positive coping methods,and thus improve their mental health level.
