声波全身振动技术对脑卒中患者运动能力、平衡功能及日常生活活动能力的影响

The Effect of Whole-body Acoustic Vibration Technology on the Motor Ability,Balance Function and Daily Living Activities of Stroke Patients

摘要 目的:探讨脑卒中患者经声波全身振动技术治疗对运动能力、平衡功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:选取2019年4月—2021年11月中山大学第三附属医院收治的112例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各56例。对照组予以常规运动锻炼与立普妥阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用声波全身振动治疗,持续治疗6周。比较两组治疗前后Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分,并评估两组临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,两组BBS、FMA及MBI评分均升高,且观察组改善幅度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床总有效率比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者经声波全身振动技术治疗,有利于平衡功能、运动功能的恢复,提高其自理能力,不良反应发生较少,安全性较高。 Objective:To explore the effects of whole-body acoustic vibration technology on the motor ability,balance function,and daily living activities of stroke patients.Method:A total of 112 stroke patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from April 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine exercise and lipitor atorbastatin calcium tablets,while the observation group was treated with sonic whole body vibration therapy on the basis of the control group for 6 weeks.Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score,Fugl-Meyer Asses-ment(FMA)score and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After treatment,the BBS,FMA and MBI scores of both groups were increased,and the improvement range of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the observation group was higher than the control group.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of stroke patients by whole body vibration technology is beneficial to the recovery of balance function and motor function,improve their self-care ability,and the incidence of adverse reactions is less,and the safety is higher.
