雷火灸联合超短波治疗产后骶髂关节紊乱的临床研究

Clinical Study of Thunder and Fire Moxibustion and Ultra Short Wave Therapy For Postpartum Sacroiliac Joint Disorders

目的:探讨产后骶髂关节紊乱采用雷火灸联合超短波治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年4月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的100例产后骶髂关节紊乱患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予传统手法推拿治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予雷火灸联合超短波治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、关节功能障碍程度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分下降,研究组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数表(ODI)评分下降,研究组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合超短波用于治疗产后骶髂关节紊乱,可提高临床疗效,减轻疼痛程度,促进关节功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using thunder and fire moxibustion and ultra short wave therapy for postpartum sacroiliac joint disorders.Method:From May 2023 to April 2024,a total of 100 postpartum sacroiliac joint disorders patients who were admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional massage method,and the study group was treated with thunder and fire moxibustion and ultrashort wave on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,pain level,and degree of joint dysfunction in both groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of control group was higher than that of study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores in both groups were decrease,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores in both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The thunder and fire moxibustion and ultra short wave therapy can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate pain and promote joint function recovery in the treatment of postpartum sacroiliac joint disorders.
