内热针联合运动针法对急性期颈源性头痛患者的影响

Influence of Internal Heat Acupuncture Combined with Exercise Acupuncture on Patients with Acute Cervicogenic Headache

目的:探究内热针联合运动针法对急性期颈源性头痛患者的影响。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年9月青海省中医院收治的82例急性期颈源性头痛患者,根据随机数表法分成对照组(n=41)和研究组(n=41)。对照组患者采用常规针灸治疗,研究组患者采用内热针联合运动针法,比较两组患者临床疗效,颈椎活动度,颈椎功能障碍指数,血流动力学以及炎症因子。结果:治疗前,两组患者的颈椎活动度,颈椎功能障碍指数,血流动力学以及炎症因子水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,和对照组比较,研究组患者颈椎活动度,颈椎功能障碍指数,颈部血管搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)及炎症因子更低,椎动脉血流平均速度(Vm)更快,且研究组患者的临床总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内热针联合运动针法可以改善急性期颈源性头痛患者的血流动力学指标,减轻患者的炎症水平和颈椎功能障碍程度,进而改善患者的颈椎活动度,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the effect of internal heat acupuncture combined with exercise acupuncture on patients with acute cervical headache.Method:A total of 82 patients with acute cervix headache treated in Qinghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=41)and study group(n=41)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment,while patients in the study group received internal heat acupuncture combined with exercise acupuncture.Clinical efficacy,the range of motion(RDM)of cervical spine,neck disability index,hemodynamics and inflammatory factors,were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in cervical spine,neck disability index,hemodynamics and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the cervical spine,neck disability index,cervical vascular pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI)and inflammatory factor were lower in the study group.The mean flow velocity(Vm)of the vertebral artery is faster.The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal heat acupuncture combined with exercise acupuncture can improve the hemodynamic indexes of patients with acute cervicogenic headache,reduce the level of inflammation and the degree of cervical spine dysfunction,and then improve the cervical motion of patients and improve the clinical efficacy.
