混合痔是十分常见的肛肠疾病,外剥内扎术是治疗混合痔公认的经典术式,疗效确切,但术后疼痛是患者普遍反映的问题。术后疼痛的主要影响因素包括伤口感染、术中操作情况、术后水肿和术后排便习惯等,但这些影响因素的探索与分析仍是不全面的。随着无痛、快速康复理念的深入,全面系统地分析术后疼痛可能存在的相关因素是十分必要的。文章旨在通过结合现有关于混合痔外剥内扎术后疼痛的相关研究以及其他领域对于术后疼痛的研究来探讨疼痛相关因素的构成,以期在未来的临床实践中针对这些特点和相关因素,可预见性地采取相应的疼痛管理措施,减轻患者的疼痛,为患者提供更好的医疗服务。

Mixed hemorrhoids are very common anorectal diseases.External stripping and internal ligation is a recognized classical operation for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,with accurate efficacy,but postoperative pain is a common problem reported by patients.The main influencing factors of postoperative pain include wound infection,intraoperative operation,postoperative edema and postoperative defecation habits,but the exploration and analysis of these influencing factors are still incomplete.With the deepening of the concept of painless and rapid rehabilitation,it is necessary to comprehensively and systematically analyze the possible related factors of postoperative pain.This paper aims to explore the composition of pain-related factors by combining the existing research on pain after external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids and the research on postoperative pain in other fields,so as to take corresponding pain management measures predictably according to these characteristics and related factors in future clinical practice,reduce the pain of patients and provide better medical services for patients.
