康复新液联合四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的效果

Effect of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Peptic Ulcer

目的:探讨康复新液联合四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法:纳入2022年1月—2023年6月于景德镇市第一人民医院收治的80例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,依据1∶1简单随机数表法将患者为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组采用四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合康复新液,两组治疗时间均为2个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗7 d后免疫功能[T淋巴细胞亚群指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))]、炎症因子[血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和白介素-6(IL-6)]水平,记录两组治疗期间不良反应及治疗结束6个月内复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,与对照组的87.50%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平与治疗前比较均明显升高,且观察组上述指标水平更高(P<0.05);两组CD8^(+)、CRP、IL-6水平与治疗前比较均明显降低,且观察组上述指标水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗结束6个月内观察组1例复发,复发率为4.00%(1/25),对照组5例复发,复发率为23.81%(5/21),二者比较观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.949,P=0.047)。结论:康复新液联合四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡,可以显著提高患者免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平,并控制复发率。

Objective:To explore the effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with quadruple therapy on peptic ulcer.Method:A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to Jingdezhen NO.1 People's Hospital were enrolled as the research objects from January 2022 to June 2023.According to 1∶1 simple random number table method,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was combined with Kangfuxin Solution on the basis of the control group.The treatment time of both groups was 2 months.The clinical curative effect,the levels of immune function[T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))]and inflammatory factors[serum C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]in the two groups were compared before and after 7 d of treatment.The adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence rates within 6 months after treatment in the two groups were recorded.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,compared with 87.50%of the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the above indexes were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8^(+),CRP and IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes were lower in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Within 6 months after treatment,1 patient in the observation group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 4.00%(1/25),and 5 patients in the control group relapsed,the recurrence rate was 23.81%(5/21),which was lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.949,P=0.047).Conclusion:Kangfuxin Solution combined with quadruple therapy can significantly enhance immune function,reduce levels of inflammatory factors and control recurrence rate in patients with peptic ulcer.
