芪蛭瘀滞平汤联合倍他司汀注射液治疗气虚血瘀型腔隙性脑梗死的效果

Effect of Qizhi Yuzhiping Decoction Combined with Betahistine Injection on Lacunar Cerebral Infarction of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察芪蛭瘀滞平汤联合倍他司汀注射液治疗气虚血瘀型腔隙性脑梗死(LI)效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月于赣州市中医院内科住院的80例气虚血瘀型LI患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组给予倍他司汀注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合芪蛭瘀滞平汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血脂指标、血液流变学指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均高于治疗前,且观察组TG、TC、LDL-C均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组全血高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞聚集指数(AI)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论:芪蛭瘀滞平汤联合倍他司汀注射液治疗可有效改善气虚血瘀型LI患者血脂及血液流变学,促进脑部血液微循环,更利于受损神经功能的恢复,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the effect of Qizhi Yizhiping Decoction combined with Betahistine Injection on lacunar cerebral infarction(LI)of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Method:A total of 80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type LI hospitalized in the Internal Medicine Department of Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Betahistine Injection,and the observation group was treated with Qizhi Yizhiping Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,blood lipids indexes,hemorheology indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that before treatment,and TG,TC and LDL-C in observation group were lower than those in control group,and HDL-C was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity(PV),red blood cell aggregation index(AI)and fibrinogen(FIB)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group was lower than those in control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Qizhi Yuzhiping Decoction combined with Betahistine Injection can effectively improve blood lipids and hemorheology indexes in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type LI,promote brain blood microcirculation,and be more conducive to the recovery of damaged nerve function and improve clinical efficacy.
