宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素在足月孕妇引产中的应用效果及对不良妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Cervical Dilation Balloon Combined with Oxytocin in Labor Induction of Full-term Pregnant Women and Its Influence on Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes

目的:探讨宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素在足月孕妇引产中的应用效果及对不良妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2024年1月广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院收治的足月孕妇95例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组(n=47)采用缩宫素治疗,观察组(n=48)采用宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素治疗。记录并比较两组引产成功率,宫颈成熟度评分,引产成功者产程时间及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果:观察组引产成功率(77.08%)高于对照组(55.32%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12 h,观察组Bishop评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中引产成功者各产程时间均短于对照组中引产成功者(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率(8.33%)低于对照组(25.53%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素能提高足月孕妇引产成功率,促进子宫颈成熟并能缩短产程,且能降低不良妊娠结局发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of cervical dilation balloon combined with Oxytocin in labor induction of full-term pregnant women and its effect on adverse pregnancy outcome.Method:A total of 95 full-term pregnant women admitted to Shunde Women and Children's Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=47)was treated with Oxytocin,and the observation group(n=48)was treated with cervical dilation balloon combined with Oxytocin.The success rate of labor induction,cervical maturity score,labor duration of pregnant women with successful labor induction and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result:The success rate of labor induction in observation group(77.08%)was higher than that in control group(55.32%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).12 h of treatment,the Bishop score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The duration of each stage of pregnant women with successful labor induction in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group(8.33%)was lower than that in control group(25.53%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical dilation balloon combined with Oxytocin can improve the success rate of labor induction,promote cervical maturation and shorten labor,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
