紫河车粉联合地屈孕酮对先兆流产患者的影响

Effect of Ziheche Powder Combined with Dydrogesterone on Patients with Threatened Abortion

目的:探讨紫河车粉联合地屈孕酮对先兆流产患者的影响。方法:选择2022年10月—2024年1月丰城市妇幼保健院收治的102例先兆流产患者,按照随机数字表法分成两组,各51例。对照组口服地屈孕酮片,观察组在对照组的基础上予以紫河车粉治疗。比较两组的保胎成功率、临床症状改善情况、血清性激素指标、妊娠结局、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组保胎成功率高于对照组,阴道止血时间、腰酸缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、宫缩症状缓解时间均早于对照组,阴道总出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、游离β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组足月妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:紫河车粉联合地屈孕酮治疗能够提高先兆流产患者的保胎成功率,促进症状的消失,减少阴道出血量,改善血清性激素水平及妊娠结局,且不良反应较少。

Objective:To explore the effect of Ziheche Powder combined with Dydrogesterone on patients with threatened abortion Method:A total of 102 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Fengcheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to January 2024 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given Dydrogesterone Tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Ziheche Powder on the basis of the control group.The success rate of fetal protection,improvement of clinical symptoms,level of serum sex hormone index,pregnancy outcome and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The success rate of fetal preservation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the time of vaginal hemostasis,the time of lumbar acid relief,the time of abdominal pain relief and the time of uterine contraction relief were earlier than those in the control group,and the total amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)and freeβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The full-term pregnancy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment with Ziheche Powder and Dydrogesterone can improve the success rate of fetal protection in patients with threatened abortion,promote the disappearance of symptoms,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,improve the level of serum sex hormones and pregnancy outcomes,and have fewer adverse reactions.
