乡村全面振兴背景下职业院校培育新型职业农民的角色定位与创新路径

Role Positioning and Innovative Paths of Vocational Colleges in Cultivating New Vocational Peasants with the Context of All-Around Rural Revitalization

摘要 新型职业农民是推进农业现代化、实现乡村全面振兴的力量来源,职业院校作为培养应用技能型人才的重要场域,在新型职业农民的培育中担当重任。职业院校在培育新型职业农民中承担了“数智”专业群建设的实施者、“融合”新模式构建的引领者、“复合”新农人培养的塑造者、“创新”全服务担当的保障者等角色。通过实践调研发现,职业院校培育新型职业农民存在专业群定位不清、教育资源配置矛盾、产教融合职责模糊和人才培养方向偏差等现实问题。据此,职业院校培育新型职业农民要聚焦服务,提升涉农职业教育吸引力;革新形式,增强涉农专业建设竞争力;关注个体,激发新型职业农民培育内生力等,从而实现路径创新。 New vocational peasants constitute a pivotal force in driving agricultural modernization and achieving all-around rural revitalization.Vocational colleges,as crucial platforms for cultivating applied skills talents,play an important role in the cultivation of these new vocational peasants.They have assumed the responsibility of implementing"digital intelligence"professional groups,leading the construction of"integrated"new models,shaping the training of"compound"new farmers,and ensuring the responsibility of"innovation"full service practical research reveals that vocational colleges face real challenges,including unclear positioning of professional groups,contradictions in the allocation of educational resources,ambiguous responsibilities in integration between industry and education,and deviations in talent cultivation directions.Consequently,vocational colleges should focus on service to enhance the appeal of agriculture-related vocational education,innovate approaches to bolster the competitiveness of agriculture-related professional construction,and pay attention to individuals to ignite the endogenous motivation for cultivating new vocational peasants,thereby realizing pathway innovation.
