摘要
现代科技飞速发展,人口老龄化日益加深,数字化学习成为弥合老年人数字鸿沟的内在诉求。质变学习理论为分析老年人数字化学习过程提供了理论视角,其中触发性事件、批判性反思、理性对话、观念和行为转变四个经典要素为老年人数字化学习过程的研究搭建了基础框架。建构适用于老年人的数字化学习过程模型需要结合老年人的学习特点,通过提供多元学习形式、建设多样学习社群、呼唤多方主体力量、搭建多重资源保障等策略,推动该模型的实际应用,进而帮助老年人在数字化学习过程中实现质变,消除因数字技术造成的学习壁垒,促进其积极融入数字社会。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the aging of the population,digital learning has become an imperative need for bridging the digital divide among the elderly.Transformative learning theory offers a theoretical lens for analyzing the digital learning process of the elderly.This theory encompasses four classical elements:triggering events,critical reflection,rational dialogue,conceptual and behavioral change build a basic framework for the model of digital learning for the elderly.To construct a digital learning process model that accommodates the unique learning characteristics of the elderly,it is essential to consider diversified learning formats,foster varied learning communities,enlist multi-sectoral stakeholders,and establish multi-tiered resource support systems.The implementation of this process model can facilitate the elderly's transformative during their digital learning journey,mitigate learning barriers posted by digital technology,and foster their active integration in the digital society.
